Cancellation / Prepayment : cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to stay type.
Children and small extra beds : all children are welcome. All children over 6 years of age or adults are charged 25 EUR per night for small extra beds.
The maximum number of small extra beds in the room is 1.
Any type of small extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets : your pets of small or medium-sized are allowed in the property and can stay in the shared garden at front the little home ( accessories are also available ). Extra charges may be applicable.
Cash only : make sure you have cash for any extras once you get there.

Any arrivals or departures out of hours will be subject to a surcharge of € 25. All requests for late arrival or late departure are subject to confirmation by the property. Early departures for any reason will not be refunded. Since we do not charge the deposit, check-out ( at least 15 minutes ) is required. Please let us know the exact time of your departure the previous evening. Thanks!

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

I supplementi non sono inclusi nell’importo totale e devono essere pagati separatamente durante il soggiorno.
Animali : i tuoi amici a quattro zampe di piccola e media taglia sono ammessi nella struttura e possono soggiornare nel giardino condiviso di fronte alla casetta ( sono disponibili anche accessori ). Potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento.
Solo contanti : assicurati di avere contanti per eventuali extra durante il tuo soggiorno.

Arrivi o partenze fuori orario prevedono un supplemento di € 25. Tutte le richieste di arrivo tardivo o partenza tardiva sono soggette a conferma da parte della struttura. Partenze anticipate per qualsiasi ragione o motivo non saranno rimborsate. Poiché non facciamo pagare la cauzione, il check-out ( almeno 15 minuti ) è obbligatorio. Comunicate per favore la sera prima l’orario esatto della vostra partenza. Grazie!
